Customers service:

Main guy: Roman Black.

He's an enthusiast just like us who likes nice products and who has tons of novel ideas which he makes a

reality of them available to us!

He also think of all the little details like durability which is a premium quality for us.

Prices are spot-on, no un-necessary gizmos, products work as advertised.

Installation is straightforward even for the average home-mechanics and detailed,

easy to read instructions are provided with each devices.

A complete website help section is also available. Neat stuff all around.

Shipping was fast considering it came from australia.

Products:

So far, I've only put my hands on the Yellowbox; but I've also heard that

he has new ideas and devices cooking in the stove, so stay tuned!

Concerning the Yellowbox, all I can say is that I've been using it since `99

and it's holding very well, a good testimony of it's durability given the very

harsh environment its been subjected to (my driving and the Quebec roads).

Wiring is long enough with some to spare, a thing I can't say about other products

I've seen/used. All is provided in the kit for installation, except the soldering iron...

Construction:

Cased in a special resin, the Yellowbox just doesn't care about vibrations or a little water.

Just make sure to put a light (I'm stressing light here) dab of silicone or even better,

a piece of duct tape over the switches if you plan on installing it in the trunk compartment

and having loose stuff at the same time in there; road vibrations and hits can change the setting

of the switches; you can also mount it in a way where you'll be sure that nothing will touch the

switches area, but not entirely out-of-sight since enclosed in the casing is a led which shows you

the settings and mode that you programmed into it (sequential flashes).

Happiness factor (testing):

Works as advertised; correction of the speedometer is spot-on, device

is small and require no service adjustments. Good thing all-around.

Now on its 5th year, its still working as it was the first day!

Recommended products.
