What interest me the most are the thumb-brake systems; I've been dreaming of having one of those
on my bike for a few years now...the perfect device to control wheelies, slides, corner entry speeds.
What is great about those is the fact that you have much more feel with your hand than your foot
when it is important...
Bonus feature:
Both models come with a fitting which let you retain the use of the stock rear brake pedal!
Construction:
The quality of craftsmanship is flawless, they both have their place on a front-running
GP bike...or even better, on your bike! Installation was a breeze, minimal skills are required to install one of
those...but if you're unfamiliar with brake bleeding, check with your dealer.
Happiness factor:
Great-looking piece of hardware, THE item I needed/wanted the most for a few months now...
(ok, ok,...a couple of years).
You wont lock your rear wheel with this device, so do not worry.
Modulation is excellent.
A bit of getting used to is inevitable, but after a short while, you use it very much.
